Spresso Club and the Spresso Club app are owned and operated by Valinor Systems LLC ("Valinor," "we," "us," or "our"). Spresso Club helps people discover coffee shops, create lists, share recommendations, and engage with friends.

When you create an account or reserve a username, we collect information such as your email address, username, display name, authentication details, and account settings. Passwords are handled through our authentication provider and are not stored by us in plain text.

As Spresso Club features become available, we may collect profile information, coffee shop reviews, ratings, photos, lists, saved places, follows, comments, likes, and other content you choose to add. If you grant permission, we may use location information to show nearby coffee shops and local activity.

We also collect technical information such as device type, browser, operating system, IP address, log data, app performance data, and basic analytics about how the website or app is used.

Public Content

Some Spresso Club features are social by design. Your username, display name, public profile, public lists, reviews, photos, ratings, and other content you choose to make public may be visible to other users and may be shared outside Spresso Club.

We do not sell your personal information. We may share information with vendors that help us operate Spresso Club, including hosting, authentication, database, analytics, email, customer support, and security providers. These providers may process information only as needed to provide services to us.

Location Information

If the iOS app requests location access, you can allow or deny that access through your device settings. Location may be used to show nearby shops, local activity, and distance-based results. You can disable location permissions at any time in iOS settings, though some features may not work as intended.

Data Retention and Deletion

We keep information for as long as needed to provide Spresso Club, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, prevent abuse, and enforce agreements. You may request account deletion or privacy assistance by contacting us at thespressoclub@gmail.com.

Security

We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect information. No online service is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security. You are responsible for keeping your account credentials confidential.

Children

Spresso Club is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us personal information, contact us and we will take appropriate action.

International Processing

We may process and store information in the United States or other countries where our service providers operate. Privacy laws in those places may differ from the laws where you live.
